📜 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and db76 ("db76", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Deposit Processing

Wagering Requirements

Bet Acceptance

Void Bets & Abandoned Events

• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment reversals or chargebacks with your payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on db76. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and legal action to recover funds if necessary.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any part of the db76 platform, including its servers, databases, software, or security systems.

🔐 Account Suspension & Closure

db76 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the registered account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• A self-exclusion request from the account holder or a responsible gaming intervention triggered by db76's safeguarding processes.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
• Inactivity for a period of 24 consecutive months, after reasonable advance notice to the registered email address.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your db76 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure is completed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any active bonus funds will be forfeited. Effect of Closure on Balances

On closure of an account in good standing (i.e., no breach of Terms), any remaining verified cash balance will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method within 7 business days. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, db76's liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. db76 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
